Moorlands Court is a purpose built Housing with Care scheme which opened in April 2008 and is located in the village of Melbourn, South Cambridgeshire.
The scheme has 35 self-contained flats, 32 of which are one bedroom and three are 2 bedroom flats with fully-equipped kitchens and shower rooms with WC. As one of our tenants you would rent your flat from CHS group, this includes a daily meal at lunchtime and support from our Housing Officer. There is a 24 hr care team based on site that can provide a personalised service planned with you and your family. We are also on hand to respond to emergencies. You live independently within Moorlands Court and can attend social events, day centre or meet with others in the lounge areas, as and when you wish.
