Office Closure Notice for customers from 12pm to 5pm on Wednesday 15th July

Wednesday 15 July – Please note that our Head Office in Histon will be closed today from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and will reopen at 9:00am on Thursday 16 July.

You can still report a repair by calling 0300 111 3555:

Press 1 for issues relating to your gas, oil, air source heating, or hot water.

Press 2 for all other repairs.

Our Customer Services Team will not be available this afternoon. However, you can email us at info@chsgroup.org.uk, and we will  pick this up on our return on Thursday.
