You will need the ability to plan and organise your own workload effectively and to ensure that routine tasks are carried out promptly and accurately. Great communication skills are key to this role, as you will need to communicate appropriately with a wide range of people, including customers, contractors and colleagues within CHS.

This post is key to ensuring an effective and prompt customer-focused Repairs and Maintenance Service is provided to CHS’ customers by supporting the work of the Property Services Team. You will provide performance information on the services being delivered, highlighting performance issues with the operation of contracts, and using this to learn where we can make improvements. You will need excellent IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel and Word. You will work closely with the Surveyors, the Customer Services Team and our contractors to make sure that our services are delivered effectively and provide Value for Money.
