 What you’ll do

As Head of Regeneration and Special Projects you will lead on the project management of both regeneration and special projects. From Inception through Feasibility studies, the Tender Stage, Construction phase to the end of defects. You will be responsible for managing consultants and contractors / developers to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, to the required quality and within budgets. The position will also require working with the Head of Development on Procedures and policies and strategic planning. Including presentations both externally and internally and writing Board and other papers as required.

About you 

Previous experience of senior level management and project management in both affordable residential housing and local authority housing is essential along with a good understanding of working with stakeholders and partners and of the regulatory framework.

A clear understanding of construction related legal and contractual documents is required along with the ability to make decisions and recommendations based on the available information.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

A valid driving license and use of your own car is essential
