Work For Us

CHS is about creating better opportunities in life for our customers. We try to do this by providing high quality, good value services, none of which would be possible without our dedicated and motivated team of employees.

Everyone at CHS believes that how a service is delivered is as important as the actual service itself. This is why the attitude and skills of the people we employ are so important.

It’s not just lip service – we believe our staff are our biggest asset. We want to make sure that we have a happy, motivated and diverse workforce. We value the differences that experience, culture and background can bring to new ideas and perspectives and ultimately delivering better services.

Our staff recognise this too. We are very proud that our employees voted us as one of the country’s best employers. The Best Companies results see CHS placed at 14th in The Sunday Times ‘100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For’ list 2016 and also graded as an outstanding organisation.
