Richard Newcombe Court, our extra care scheme in Cambridge was shortlisted for the RICS 2012 awards in the Design and Innovation and Community Benefit categories.
Social Value
CHS’s diverse range of activities enables us to make a considerable contribution in terms of social return. CHS has a strong record of investment in the local community, and we use the HACT Social Value calculator to assess the social value generated by some of the activities and our Community Investment and Community Support Services teams generated a social impact of over £2.8m in 2020-21.
