Dunstan Court in Cambridge became a Housing with Care scheme on 1 July 2008 and is located in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge.
The scheme has 46 two bedroom apartments offering the opportunity to live independently in an environment designed to meet personal and social needs. Facilities at the scheme also include a games room, restaurant and hairdresser on site. There is limited parking for residents staff and visitors on site. As one of our tenants you would rent your flat from CHS, this includes a daily meal at lunchtime and support from our housing officer. There is a 24 hr care team based on site that can provide a personalised service planned with you and your family. We are also on hand to respond to emergencies. You live independently within Dunstan Court and can attend social events, or meet with others in the lounge areas, as and when you wish. Local shopping is available on Wulfstan Way, the site is close to Addenbrooke’s and the bus stops outside the scheme.
