To ensure that we are providing a high level of service and value for customers we are pleased to announce that from 4th August 2025 Omega City Lifts will be taking over from Lift Engineering Services as the lift maintenance contractor at CHS Group.  

Omega City Lifts have previously worked with CHS for a number of years and are an experienced and accredited provider who will carry out routine servicing, attend to breakdowns, and support us in delivering a high standard of quality repairs. 

This change is part of our ongoing commitment to customers to ensure the reliability and safety of the lift in your building, and you may notice Omega City Lifts engineers attending site more regularly as they familiarise themselves with the equipment and carry out initial inspections. 

Lift Engineering Services will continue to service and maintain the lifts until 4^th August 2025. Should you experience any issues with the lift, before or after this date, please continue to report repairs via our customer service line on 0300 111 3555 Option 2 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, option 3 for emergency repairs).
