We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new Customer Data Survey, which begins today. To ensure the process is carried out to the highest standard, we have partnered with Acuity Research and Practice an independent organisation specialising in customer research and benchmarking, to conduct the survey on our behalf.

This survey invites you, our tenants and customers, to confirm the details of everyone living in your home. Keeping this information accurate and up to date is essential, as it helps us better understand your household, tailor our services to your needs, and plan more effectively for the future.
We recognise that circumstances can change over time, and this survey provides a simple and convenient way for you to update your details. It also gives you the opportunity to tell us about any adjustments or additional support you may need from our services.
The survey will run over an 11-week period, starting from 23 March. You will initially receive an invitation by email to complete the survey. If we do not hold an email address for you, you may receive an SMS message with a direct link to the online survey instead. From April, households that have not yet responded will be sent a paper version of the survey, which will include a unique QR code for completing it online.
Towards the end of April, Acuity will begin contacting any tenants who have not yet taken part, to help ensure our records are as accurate as possible. If you receive a call or text, it will come from the UK number 01223 931325. If you miss a call and return it, you will hear a recorded message confirming that Acuity attempted to contact you on our behalf.
The survey should take approximately 10–12 minutes to complete, and we strongly encourage you to take part and provide as much detail as possible.
As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw. One tenant will win a £500 shopping voucher, and five runners-up will each receive a £100 shopping voucher.
