Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough has launched a brand new website highlighting the broad range of development and community work it’s members are contributing to the region.

Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is a group of prominent local housing associations that aims to build 40,000 affordable homes, and promote long-term investment in communities, across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough over the next 20 years.

CHS Group is one of 14 partners committed to boosting the affordable housing supply throughout Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Managing nearly 50,000 homes, and housing one in 13 households in the region, the members of this dynamic partnership represent a single voice for affordable housing in the area.

Claire Higgins, Chair of Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, said: “Between us we have a combined development capacity of £4bn over the next 20 years. By working together we can address the challenges of access to land and pool resources and expertise to maximise what we have to achieve even more. I am very optimistic that HCP can be a real force for delivery in the region.”
