We aim to ensure the best quality service at all times. To help us do this we identifed standards of service - based on what our customers told us is important to them.
One set of standards is especially for our support services - Support Service Standards. The Support Service Standards tell you what you can expect CHS staff and services to do.
We ask our customers to tell us if they feel we are not meeting the standards. We also look regularly at information about how well we perform against the standards.
