The Property Services Team within CHS is responsible for providing a repair and maintenance service to customers. The team is kept busy dealing with day-to-day repairs,defects on new properties, major improvements and service contracts.

The team have an annual budget of £2.5m. This can be broken down as £750k for day to day repairs, £250k for void repairs, £500k for servicing contracts and approx £1,000k for major improvements.
