Paying your rent and charges
Rent and service charges for your home are due on Monday each week in advance. Fortnightly or monthly payments are also paid in advance.
Ways to pay:
- Direct Debit from your bank/building society account. Choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or calendar monthly (on the 1st, 16th or 25th of each month). We work out the payment for you. Please click on the links below to download the Direct Debit Commencement Form, or to find out more about Direct Debit Payments.
- Swipe Cards allow you to pay at local corner shops and petrol stations which display the "PayPoint" or "PAY Zone" signs and at Post Offices. We send you a swipe card during the first week of your tenancy.
- Using the Internet You can also use your Swipe Card to pay via the Internet at: http://www.allpay.net
- Cheque (no cash please) - post with your name and address to: CHS Group, FREEPOST ANG70035, Cambridge, CB24 9BR
- By phone use your swipe card and a debit card (no credit cards) to pay by phone using Allpay - call 0844 557 8321
