We have a 'One Stop Shop' if you need to contact us in person. Just call us on 0300 111 3555 and one of our Customer Service Advisors will usually be able to help. If they need to pass on your enquiry, they will tell you who is going to deal with it. For most issues except repairs, your Housing Officer will deal with any follow-up after your call. If you're not sure who your Housing officer is, the Customer Service Advisor will be happy to tell you.
