CHS Homes provides Estate Services works to communal areas where customers pay a service charge in addition to their weekly rent. These services include:
Customers have been involved in developing the Service Standards for these services - see the link on the left-hand navigation bar. Also, some customers have volunteered to be Estate Inspectors, and they provide regular feedback to CHS Homes on the quality of the service provided. This information is used to help monitor the performance of the contractor, and to improve the services being delivered.
An annual schedule of visits to provide these services is provided each March, and will be published on the website. This information, together with agreed plans of the areas to be maintained are provided to all Estate Inspectors. If any visits are missed, CHS Homes will provide reasons and new dates for the service to be delivered.
